Photos, Likeness and Consent

When you upload photos to create a rap video, you confirm that:

• You are the person shown in each photo, or you have the clear consent of every person shown to use their photo and likeness in an AI-generated video.
• You will not upload photos of public figures or celebrities, or of anyone under 18.
• You will not use the service to create videos that harass, impersonate, defame or sexualize anyone, or that could mislead viewers into thinking a real person said or did something they did not.

We may refuse, remove or stop processing any upload or video that appears to break these rules, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so. Generated vocals and beats are original; the service does not imitate real artists or reproduce existing songs.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms
